The apartments are neutrally decorated for you to furnish in your own style and are designed to take into account the needs of older people, and are adapted to help you with other considerations such as mobility. We can provide assistance with fixing picture hooks, changing light bulbs and hanging curtains. This is part of the all-inclusive service we offer.

A House Manager and staff are dedicated to ensuring that the house is kept comfortable, safe and clean. Two nutritious home-cooked meals per day and provisions supplied for a self-catered breakfast in your own room. We use seasonal ingredients, and our menus are developed with you so that we can ensure we cater to your specific dietary requirements; likes and dislikes. All included within one monthly bill.

Our house residents benefit from communal Dining Room and a lounge area with coffee and tea making facilities. There are residents’ laundry rooms and most homes benefit from visiting hairdressers. Our houses have a well-maintained garden and/or patio area and we’re always delighted when residents want to help with planting and maintenance.

For your safety and security out of hours when staff are not on duty we provide a careline pendant which is directly connected to a call centre, again fully inclusive of your monthly bill.

Car parking spaces are limited, however all benefit from external shed accommodation with electric power points for mobility scooters.
